I like the new faction bonuses.
Cadar - +7 max torps (max 48)
De Valtos - +8 max sails (max 59)
Rychart - +10 max crew, +7 max guns (max 170/52)
Thulun - +30 cargo (max 190)
Steel - +20 max crew (max 180)
Javat - +6 max engines (max 57)
Indy - +4 max hull (max 40)
all factions get +1 max engine/sail (51)
all factions get -4 torps (41)

Just two things: one, max hull isn't enough for max torps with Cadar, and max crew and cargo bonuses for steel and thulun should be switched (max crew 190 and max cargo 180) because crew is generally higher and rules more loose compared to cargo.

So... cadar gets +3 torps total? Bummer.

I'd thought what I'd do, was pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes- Catcher in the Rye/G.I.T.S SAC

Did you make this list yourself or is this noted somewhere?

Those number do not match up to what I observe but I could be mistaken. Is that the official notation?
