It would be easier to see what upgrades the colony has if it's all one... lets see...
Instead of having various Hive upgrades in the upgrades tab in the colony menu, have just one and that the numbers inside them varies. Say you have 4 Hives on a colony. It would say something like:
Hab Unit 4 Support 4 population Maintenance $40/turn

Plus right now it's all out of order, so finding if you already built a spice den is pretty hard to find.

Sorting it is probably a very, very good idea. I'm not sure about stacking because "Hab Unit x4" and "Hab Unit 4" are both valid things.

How about:
Hab Unit 1x1
Hab Unit 1x6
Hab Unit 4x2
It makes it easier to know how much of one upgrade you have.

It looks to me like you've got 7x "Hab Unit 1" and 2x "Hab Unit 4"
Maybe this would be better:
1x Hab Unit 1 2x Hab Unit 4 1x Hab unit 6
