I can see that it costs me $25/Turn for maintenance, but does it also earn me money?
I know the mine earns some amount of cash, even though it costs $5/Turn. Is the Exchange similar? Or does it do something else?

It is 1 CP (half a Factory) + 1 RP (a Spice Hall) and +1 Spy.
There is a bug in the tech listing where you cannot see all the bonuses.
