Started my 9th game, hard difficulty on a small map. De Valtos Prime is terrible!
Unfortunatly, my Kindle's screenshot is too large a file, so I'll just tell you what I got that was so bad.

I had a two or a four before. XD At least De Valtos gets more credits based on population? No one said you had to employ them all!!

Yeah, i've got one with like 4 quality total right now...its not going anywhere, if the population starts exploding (they usually do!) I'm screwed
