I've been playing around for a couple hours total, and so far I've noticed that AP during combat isn't being calculated properly. For example, I'm only suppsed to have 6 AP according to the game, but I can both take aim(-1 AP), then fire(-3 AP) twice in a row, totaling 7 AP used. I've also been able to take cover twice in one round before(another -3 AP). Unless there is something else at play here, I'm pretty sure that it shouldn't be doing this. Another thing I want to mention is the lack of a "Sell Equipment" feature. I have yet to see a merchant in the game where I can sell any equipment. What am I overlooking, or is this something that isn't in the game yet? One lasts thing. That data file you start off with has a couple typos in it. Off the top of my head, the word "assist" is used several times, and just about each occurence of the word is missing the "t" at the end. Yes, this is probably not worth bringing up, but I notice stupid stuff like that. ;D Anyway, I'll just end this by saying I'm enjoying it so far. I hope to see more stuff added to it later. Oh, can I have a gun shop? I want to have a business where you can buy big ass guns, that make big ass explosions or leave big ass holes in people who piss you off. Just a thought.

@hate -
1) Let us know if you still think you have bug after reading this bit. Weapons can combo. Based on the weapon type and its speed, it may shoot more once for the cost of a single shot (AP 3). I have added an RFE to the bug tracker to change the button text to show that the combo shots cost 0 AP. If you had a burst fire weapon or a full auto weapon you can wrack up some big combos. At the cost of aiming (-1), you can extend your max combo count by +1 for the weapon and increase accuracy.
2) Try selling equipment to pawn brokers. Shops themselves are unwilling to take dirty equipment from the street. Fixers may also buy your used gear. Pawn shops are the main outlet for dumping used, bloodied, or old gear.
3) I have logged your typos in the bug tracker. Yes, all feedback is worth mentioning =)
4) More guns, bigger, badder, more explosions are coming.

I was not aware of any of this. I have to admit, without documentation, this kind of stuff is next to impossible to just figure out.
This is why we need those wikis up and running. These games are too good to not have that info up.

@hate - we are working hard on building intuitive UI's these days to reduce need of outside documentation. Obviously--with games so deep, that's impossible. However, things like the combat screen label changes (Shoot (3) becomes Keep Firing (0)) would make that dynamic pretty clear (I hope). I'd really love to hear more things like this that we can fix up.
Certainly, wikis, documentation, are essential!

I have found a bug about ap. When im using SMG my AP goes down to 4 for several turns, then at some point it jumps to 7. And its really bad because SMG needs 5AP to shoot. Also i think my max AP is 6. One last bug is that pressing finish will make me shoot sometimes. All these happening with SMG,not happening with other weapons.
