"You think that someone is following you" -- the button says Confront _them_ (but there was only one, wasn't there?) Better to just have 'Confront' and 'Evade'.

grävling - i have resolved both of the reported encounter typos / bad grammar for the next release. As a person who never cared too much about spelling, it amazes me how important it is to our community =). That's why its lucky that we listen to you all, and fix our misspellings so you are happier. On the front of Fennians, it was intended to be like Hunds. 200 years has added an 'n' to the word. If its so garish that you can't stand it, we can resolve it back to the modern term.

I'm finding it very hard to tolerate 'Fennian'. But then I am of Fenian ancestry, so it comes across to me as 'disprespecting my ancestors'. It's not one of the terms that I can think of as becoming corrupted through lack of use, and being revived by people who cannot spell. If you want to go the revival route, well, the name Fenian comes from "Fianna", the ancient order of Irish warriors. see: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FiannaThere are lots and lots of useful terms you could use in that Wikipedia article. If the leader of the Fianna called himself the High King this would work marvellously. But it's a name of a modern political party as well. The offer to fix typos for you wholesale still stands. grävling - due to the way that the text content for the games is directly intermixed with all the other driving values (stats, IDs, blocks, citizens, etc) we cannot give anyone access to the text for modification. I appreciate your push to get Fenian corrected and we will investigate.

was a way to optimise getting these fixes into the game.

Grävling Please let it be known that I didn't make/suggest a correction to this. I am very familiar with Clan Fianna too. The Brothers chose to make their own mythology...but I do understand the unintentional "slander". As a creative, and writer too, I understand the need for creating your own mythos, especially where a game is concerned. Many, many other games, writers, directors, producers, etc. mold information, influence, and help create The World They Wish To Present by researching things relevant. Maybe they keep the same context, maybe they take creative license and add their own take on something. put this way: someone once said there aren't any new stories, only new storytellers. While not 100% accurate, the idea is that sometimes the best idea is a minor twist on what has already been. |

If you are running windows, alt 0165 I think you may need to use the 0165 digits from a numeric keypad, but maybe the ones on the top row work too. I'm on linux so I cannot test this for you right now, sorry.
Let me know if you are using a Mac or Linux. It's a bit more complicated, but I know how to do that as well.
