I was researching two tech upgrades that cost 50rp each, when I discovered an anomaly that was worth 100rp it only completed one of the projects. The other thing I noticed was when you have a colony producing say 13cp and two projects the first costing 10cp and the 3 left over points don't carry over, not sure if it's on purpose of not!
