Building Names

I think I could be the only person with this problem (since I don't see anyone talking about this)

I can't see building names from the map. I see the icons telling me what type of building it is and where on the map it is, but I don't see any words below the icons on the right of the map.

It severely hampers how I find where to deliver packages to.

I'm using a HTC Hero , Android 2.1

Or am I missing a cyber upgrade?

I see the problem with the MDPI layouts. Will fix it tonight.

How is the performance on the HTC Hero? What Android OS are you using?

Android 2.1 Upgrade. The OTA upgrade for HTC Hero from 1.6 to 2.1.

I have the same broblem i actually didnt know that building names should show in the map.
I have samsung galaxy 3, firmware version 2.1(!)

the building names should be shown in the minimap when you press the grid. they're located to the left. on MDPI devices the text is cut off.

@cory - Yesterday, before the update, I had a contact that took me to I believe it was I-93 Barrens, and I was to take a package to Small Quiet Apartment. There is no building called that on I-93 Barrens, or the game that I have seen. I ended up going to Tiny House to complete the job. This was after running around to every building I could see on the map.

In the lastest update, 1.08, the flag of the controlling faction of the region took up the entire right side of the grid map. I caanot see the buipding list, thir names nor click on them to go there.

@hate - i have added your issue about the apartment to the bug tracker. Missing buildings seems like one of our biggest beta issues =} Guess... when you have 500, some are bound to get lost in the shuffle.

Is anyone getting my issue also? Update 13 still has the same problem: no building names on the map and the faction symbol is taking up the whole right side of the screen and preventing me from clicking on any of the icons of the buildings

I yave the broblem of faction flag taking the whole place too.

bugs:
Blue ox area: all three areas have no way to get into them except taxi and far edges
Blue ox area: NO PLACE TO REST, ie no hotels in all three areas...
charles Canal: two Old booksellers
charles Canal: Had a name that did not exist... think it was a building with dock or something like that, sorry i dont remember the specific name. I thought it might be the old bookseller double but niether of those doors was it.

Streets area: No politics entry
Slums/Camden street: When u go into "The bungalow" and first they ask you to be more experienced to talk to a "Streets" faction boss. Then they give you a Vchip. If you call the guy he tells you to work for the Yakuza at the Slums area. So you go into the Yakuza gambling den and ask for work but thats as far as the thread goes... so is the streets and yakuza faction the same? is that where u guys were going with that? And after getting my streets rep up to 160 I never got any better contracts.

silverstone - The Narrows (controlled by the Blue Ox) is one of the worst places in the city. Nestled against a set of slum docks, and jammed in next to the downtown, it is cordoned off for the protection of the good citizens of the metroplex.

I have added your hotel request to the bug tracker and will fix. I have also recorded the issues with charles canal. i will double check to make sure the buildings are all ok. I have also added your streets politics entry. Looks like the Bungalow story might have given you the wrong contact, will check. Cognac Brawn?
