Two scenarios ...
1 you are in the process of making a hab 1 upgrade and your research into hab 2 is competed ...
Can you modify your build process to accommodate this new hab 2 improvement or do you have to wait? It would be awesome to be able to upgrade to hab 2 straight away.
If you are 40% into the build, then cost will be $160 and 20 cp
.
Scenario 2. You have a hab 1 in the queue but not yet started. You should be able to upgrade this to the hab 2 by passing paying the difference and having the 20cp cost which is standard for hab 2
