Still need more damage

I don't think I'll ever change my mind on this one. It's to the point where I make builds designed to make spears better than they are... Berserk Rage is the only way I could justify using them on a normal basis. Other than that, there are so many ways to improve accuracy-- a few more dice when I have an entire pool at my disposal is not an excuse for their poor damage. For me.

Or FEROCITY. There's always FEROCITY. That makes every weapon usable, no matter how low their initial damage is. Even if it is REALLY low.

What would REALLY make spears shine would be a 2 tile range not more damage... but most of my thoughts are childish.

Especially when you've got BR going and can't let the enemies survive to counter on their turn...

... One or two extra strong dice is great, sure.

If I'm going FEROCITY, then my entire group of built around it. Ash, Pinning Shot, Mastery, and acc gear all guarantee that it hits. I get that Spears are the most accurate of the group, but IMHO those few strong dice I'm happily willing to sacrifice to make sure my BASE damage is higher. (Not shouting, caps are for emphasis)

Goes to show how many different ways there are to play, and stands as a testament for how well designed and balanced the game is.

(I still want more damage tho... I know I'll never get it, but I can't say I didn't try )

Not something we'll see in Heroes, but perhaps an awesome ability in Legends.
