I have one planet that took me the better part of two YEARS to catch up on. It has 17 population, 19/20 Quality, 49/49 Defense, 17 Active Factories, 13/13 Mineral and 10/10 Morale, with 32 CP/15 TP, 10 RP and 7 EP.
