I noticed that if you explore an anomaly and then demolish the ship same turn, the game crashes when you end your turn. I can reproduce this 100% of the time with the starting scout ship

Will try to fix later this week. Best work around is "do not destroy Scout ship"
Pretty low priority, only 1 user (probably you) reporting this crash in our global crash reporting database.
Thank you very much for reporting it, very helpful to have these edge cases identified and fixed.
I am happy to admit, I did not think of this but now that you point it out, it's obviously a problem.

I only mentioned it because I spent 15 minutes reloading trying to end my turn before I realized I had given an order to the demolished ship. Clearly not a huge deal, but I'd be curious if it's a behavior that extends to orders given to other ships that are subsequently demolished.

Thinking like a developer =) You're correct, this also applies to a number of other situations like invasion. It also happens if the ship gives and order and is destroyed before the order is processed. Welcome to the forum. I like how you roll =)
