Ok - so a big one for me, is the ability to use my IPAD music for the game.
No criticism to your default music but it can't match Lustmord's "Where Dark Stars Hang" for space games.
No need for a special button within the game -just don't kill the music upon startup or when application switching.

Not sure that's something we can control with the iOS SDK.
I'll look into it, however, we don't "kill" music on start up or application switching.
Perhaps just using the "Mute Music" button in the game will work for you.

I think you guys should be able to do it .... Romance of the 3 Kingdoms Part II has this feature and they are not nearly as good as you guys. Due to my special interest in this area, I've tested this with a number of games. Some keep the IPAD music active upon application switching, others do not and some give a special option in the menu - so there seems to be some flexibility in the way this is handled. ..... By default 4x ATM does not allow IPAD music play in the background .... Hope this can be made possible. Thanks, Shrike

I'll have to ask Apple and Cocos2d-x team if such a thing is possible.
Just curious, what is "IPAD music" I did some Google searches for that and couldn't find anything specific.

Hi Cory,
Could not upload the screen shots here so I mailed you the images from the ROTK II game and the default music player. I was too specific in calling it IPAD. This is the default music player, I believe for all IOS devices - mine just happens to be on an IPAD.
Hope that helps.

The support threads I found said
"you mute the game through the game settings, and then start your music from the controls in the Multitasking Bar (double click the home button, and then scroll left)."

Ok -it works now but I needed to shut down both the music and the sound fx in options, then start the music in the Apple player then switch back to the options screen and re-enable sound fx only. So - no coding needed. Thanks for the support!
