Thanks! I'm really hoping to be able to dedicate my entire life to building ST2 guides when it comes out. I'm sure it'll be a race to be the first to get guides out, haha.

We may very well release data packages to our Kickstarter backers so they can make guides more easily.

I am planning on building a trade routes on Khaimer and cadari republic .. any suggestion? I mean ports? In case you’re still reading this four years later, so far the only really effective trade route for Khaimer and Cadari that I’ve yet found combines the two empires, so be sure not to annoy either too badly or else you’ll have to look elsewhere! ;-) At any rate, the Khaimer Agriculture Port is at the upper right corner of (4,5) — on the little visible spit of the coast — and then because the west wind makes doing anything else in this square prohibitive (if the land was configured differently, maybe that wouldn’t be the case, but alas), after buying your timber, hemp, and whatnot, make a beeline east into (5,5), the Cape of Good Faith. The Cadari Rich Population Centers and Naval Ports (plus trading towns if needed/desired) for your triangle are in (5,5). Once you eventually load up with canvas, et al, head west (the wind in (5,5) makes this much easier than in (4,5)) to Khaimer square (4,5) and its Agriculture Port. Mix, spin, repeat. Note: If you want a trade permit for Khaimer, it’s much easier to head down to (5,6) to obtain it instead of getting hammered by the wind in (4,5). Obtaining a trade permit for Cadari in (5,5) is comparatively a breeze. Anyway, I’ve used that route effectively in the past. Just be sure not to accidentally accept commissions against either empire or else you’ll rapidly run into problems. :-)
