Any way to turn it off? I figured it was part of the tutorial world, but she even pops up on my new game, which is on a different map.

She pops up once on all games, to give you the introduction to your mission.
That isn't map specific and is only one time. If people complain, we might change it.

No I jumped the gun a bit on this one I think. Stopped after the introduction, as you said. No biggie
