Scan Range Display

Is there any way we could have the ring for the scan range be over the fog instead of under it? I find myself tapping several times to find the proper range and I think this could be helpful.

I have added #4X-2508 to see if this is possible.

Not possible, sorry. Closed #2508 and sinking ticket.

I tried, just not feasible without compromising graphics too much.
