The xenos have no worlds and I've researched everything I can (non elite).
What else is needed to win?

@greyspike - we are working on adding a proper victory condition to the game, which will arrive with the upcoming Achievements system.

There is no victory ... yet! We'll add some fancy stuff and achievements to keep you going.
If you're not on Elite there is another entire map, with a different AI and new worlds to explore.
Try that (on a higher difficulty level)
