I'm on the plot, where you need to go back to Uncle Graven after having 60 rep. I have above that, and the plot option is not showing up at the castle. Android version from Amazon app store on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.4.

It was definitely the last plot based log, and that's what I went by since I didn't remember where in the conversation.
