While I love playing this game on the go anywhere using my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini smartphone... I prefer to play it using my A70x tablet (as it has HDMI out) plugged into my TV. I have a usb hub connected to the tablet for a usb keyboard and usb mouse.
Please include usb mouse support for tablets. I'd like to use the scroll wheel like a zoom feature on the main screen as to scroll down a list. Usb keyboard access would be nice too...but isn't as fundamentally necessary as usb mouse support.
Please tell me this is possible. I'll help in any way I can to help.
Thank you for reading this and considering it.

Up to the Android device. I'm using a tablet mouse on several devices without issue.
What seems to be the problem on your particular setup?

While I can use the normal left button to click on choices, or hold it and move around the map, I have no scroll/zoom features. I have to manually touch the display itself to pinch-zoom (buttons or a slider on screen like CK has would be nice too).

A slider on screen is probably not something we want to add.

Haven't been able to find any Google documentation on the way to support this.
I also haven't been able to find a mouse that works with any of my Androids.
Is anyone else using a mouse with an Android that would like to share a configuration I can use?
I cannot really work on fixing this yet ... because 1) there is no Google approved way to support mouse features in Android and 2) I cannot get any of my mice or Androids to work together.

Hi,
I can play using my USB mouse and my USB-to-go cable (basically a micro-USB to USB adaptor for phones) on my S3.
Everything works as it should in the game, but yes, you cannot zoom in or out! I've tried holding down the mouse wheel, but the wheel button acts like the home button on the phone so that doesn't work.
Right click acts like 'back', and brings up the menu for the game (library, menu, etc).
It appears that, while android does support mice natively, the mouse does not emulate any screen zooming control in any form.
Whether this behaviour can be implemented on a per-app basis I don't know. If not, you're stuck with waiting until Google apply this functionality to the OS themselves.

I just need a test device I can use -- once I capture the input logs from the mouse-wheel on Android, I am sure I can hack together support.

That's good news. Well if it helps, which it probably won't, the default behaviour of the mousewheel scrolls the browser screen, flips home screen pages and scrolls folder windows.
