Out of curiosity, what's the reason why people go with the Amazon app? I installed it to take advantage of the 'free paid app' offer that may occasionally come up with something I would like, but I found it unwieldy and unnecessary in comparison to Google Play.

I don't have a phone or tablet with Android besides my Kindle, and Google doesn't let Kindles use GPlay

Oh right! So even though the Kindle runs Android software, you can't download Google Play Store from the Amazon marketplace? Seems very unfair considering you can install the Amazon marketplace on a device running the Google Play Store

No, can't get Google without rooting. I know have an Android smartphone, but since my games from TB were via Amazon I still have to wait on their markets. Q.Q
