Need a helping "hund"

Hi folks, I'm new to (speaking on) the forums, but I've been playing CK for at least 8 or 9 months, loving every second of it, I just have a couple questions on the new guy, the hunder, or as I call him, the meat grinder. Those dogs are freaking monsters!

1. Does the Hydraulic Jaw take the place of their current weapon? I'm using Knashers on all 3 of my girls, if that matters. (Yes, my hunds are all girls, I checked. I used to have a real life femme fatale of a rottweiler that woulda scared the crap outta the toughest vokked hell hund )

Edit:Figured this one out. Durrrrr. As a suggestion instead, a way to see the stats on cyber weapons would be cool

2. Is the Thrash ability implemented? If so, what does it do? Every time I've used it it didn't seem to do anything.

Thanks in advance, you all seem to be a pretty sweet group as opposed to most game forums. Also, don't know if this should go in another topic, but since I'm on a roll, a couple suggestions for future updates:
A kennel/pound where you can store one of your lil monsters if you need to, God forbid, hire a dirty human being for a specific job? I know ill need something like that once the Trese Bros implement the big 'operations' type jobs. Also, not a game suggestion but a forum suggestion: ban all the whiners who complain about not enough stuff being in the free version! Seriously, the game cost a couple bucks, even with the add in cost of the hunder! When I discovered I couldn't use my Google-bought copy on my antique kindle fire, I (after first whining to the Bros, but PRIVATELY of course) went and BOUGHT IT AGAIN. It cost a dollar. I don't care who you are, if you can afford a mobile device and data service to get the free version, you can afford the dollar or two more on a one time purchase of an awesome game. Seriously.
Again, thanks for some great games, and thanks for any help/advice that's forthcoming. Keep it up Trese Bros you guys and your team are Rock Stars in my book.

Kennels specifically for storing Hunds is a GREAT idea. Just like we can dismiss our none-canine companions, we could drop our Hunds of at a Kennel! It would have to be some hideous backroom hovel of course, served by a burly scarred one-eyed 'do anything for the cash' ogre of a man charging outrageous prices, but it would be a great implementation

shakadeux - the Thrash weapon is listed in the help file for a full explanation. It works like Position or Aim, in that it adds a bonus to the rest of the attacks in your sequence. Thrash adds bonus damage, possibly as high as your current Brawling skill for the Hund. More Brawling skill, bigger the damage!

Thanks fallen, I'm terrible about reading the help files, I usually check here and then give up hope. That does explain why it seemed to have no effect, I've been using it AFTER I run through 'position' and 'attack'. Does it stack with 'position?' It certainly seems to, I've gone from 3-4 HP damage per hit to 10 HP per, OHKOing gang leaders left and right. My Knight is about as tough as wet cardboard, but his hunds are death incarnate. I may have to restart at a higher difficulty if the corp troops have the same problem.

I hate to be the guy encouraging a nerf (great way to make friends), but on low difficulties the hunds don't really need too many advantages. At least, not MY hunds
And based on real world experience with "dangerous" dog breeds like pit bull terriers and rottweillers, thrashing is something they do once they're already latched on, they do it to snap their targets spine, like crocadiles (alligators?) with their death roll. Maybe turn it into a turn ending super attack? Or add AP or movement reduction? The damage boost is definitely realistic, if you've ever seen it.
Edit: On second thought, I would just remove 'position' from their moveset. 'Thrash' and 'Attack' seem like plenty to me. But again, this is coming from a low-impact (difficulty) player.

shakadeux - that's a pretty good piece of advice. I will take a look at making them mutually exclusive (Thrash OR Position).

Sounds good. I use Thrash exclusively now, having just upgraded my girls with evo rigging. The lowest damage I've seen so far was 7. So yeah, as far as I'm concerned, Position is old news. Mutually exclusive would be good, maybe make Position give a bonus based on Athletics or Dexterity maybe? Give people the option of quick, agile hunds or ponderous, lumbering meat grinders. Although in real life I've never seen a pit bull terrier that wasn't both strong as an ox and agile as a leopard. But in a video game giving people the best of both worlds makes things too easy. Just my 2 creds.
