Buckaneer Description

So as I was perusing my options for new characters, I came across this interesting sentence: 

'Buckaneers companies are run on lines in which liberty, equality and fraternity.'

I'm not sure exactly what was meant, and therefore have no suggestions, but I thought I'd point it out

ALSO: The description for the Corsairs is also awkward to read and should be looked at for a possible rewording, imo
