Excited to see the first version of the world map is now in the game! There are lots more enhancements coming along, including more dynamic changes to the map as the game progresses, more details in the terrain, fast travel lines, quest log integration and more. Really hoping this cuts down on the weekly emails of people who are lost

Ohhh I like this one! I can't wait to see the World of Steel from a new perspective! Will future versions show the Surface as well?

Brutus Aurelius - the world map will only show places you can go. Right now, it is a basic node map of all the major cities, settlements, forts, and roads between them. More coming soon!

fallen, I saw the post about a minute after you posted and couldn't see the map. Looking back on it, that post was a bit jerky of me, sorry boss. Edit: The map looks really good. Kudos to the TBs.

Thank goodness! I know you have limited resources and funding and therefore have to prioritise what you put into the game, but I'd love to see it dynamically add the smaller regions as you visit them. So when you enter the vermin layer and Temple underneath the North Vault, it could get added in as a smaller graphic and smaller font. Still, it's great to know which direction to head to get back to town! Good work!

mataeus - yes, the next step will have the "previously unknown" areas like the path on the Torrent Watershed appear as you learn about them in the story. The current map is basically, what the character's know at the beginning of the game.

Cor, blimey Guv'. The Desura updates a bit old and mouldy innit? They're like, TWO updates behind. I've got to the stage now, where device updates HAVE to happen. New tablet. New PC, new body, (I wish. <creak>).

I gathered that was the case. These BIG multi-million dollar companies, just can't keep up with the Trese Brothers.
