phaze, maybe not too many people have made it there. I've got one of each group so it will be interesting to see what happens when later content is released. I'm curious as well about taking the money. In three groups I've never taken the money (just doesn't feel right) and I'm wondering if that might have an immediate effect when you go back and talked to Morgan and Kea. If you killed their brother and game back loaded with his gold, would they respond differently. If you don't kill him, the money is guilt free..... BTW, when you fight him, how much XP and gold does he and his battle group give? Any nifty items? I opted to not kill him but his clocked did look nice....

He brings experience -> he dies! No, just kidding. I killed him because he attacked me on the Evesses order. Don't blame me. Who hasn't made a fool of themselves over a scantily clad, and apparently well preformed, hottie? Besides, did you met the Baron's kid? He was so offensive, anyone would be tempted to sell him to the Orcin. Random plot theory: Maybe the Baron's kid was in on it. The Wagon's gold was his payment to endure the imprisonment. Maybe they plotted to cause a way between their families.

vdx - I love hearing your role-playing thoughts on the choice. Great analysis. There really are only two outcomes - spare or kill.
Does that mean there's only two different fight options: Hunting party or Orcin horde? I like the idea of the double-check to help avoid accidentally or instantly regretted choices.
If you kill him, she'll likely just find another pawn, so does keeping him alive keep someone else from the dark side? Plot theories could go for pages.

I chose not to kill him at the first prompt, but then I chose to kill him when prompted the second time. Interesting psychology at work there. It's easy to say that you'll spare his life until he's walking through the gates about to escape and then the choice becomes a whole lot more immediate. I guess I'm just a killer at heart. Oh, and the blood money was delicious. Helped KJ get a shiny new staff from the gypsies. In case anyone is wondering, there didn't seem to be any bad blood (yet) with the Braeys family as a result of either decision (killing and taking the money). I was still welcomed back with open arms and hailed as heroes.
