In the next release of Star Traders 4X you'll be able to mix and match Factions.
Play Rychart, Steel Song and Javat, if you like. Or Javat, Cadar and Thulun.

Yeah but but but ... I haven't had a chance to really go back into ST4 since the game went live (I loved the Alpha tho) ... Too much HoS!!!
I thinking I am going backwards in my ratio of played TB games to unplayed games. Ack! I am certainly saving up a chunk of spare time to go into ST2 when it's in Alpha tho

Yeah ... I'm buffering my spare time! I'm filling in spare hours right now with stuff I have to do in a few month's time, like extra teeth brushing, and showers, and sleep, and eating. I figure I'll have a few weeks worth of credit stored up when the game alpha is released. I'd explain more but I gotta go and have a third dinner.  |

It's odd that due to their faction bonuses in 4X I'm playing two of my most hated factions from ST...all I have to say is it's a good thing Cory and Andrew made Thulan awesome in 4X or we'd have had a serious problem... Think in my next game though I'll be dumping those slimy snakes Rychart in favor of anyone else...improved research just isn't worth seeing my quadrant cluttered by their planets  |
