I just noticed this, but why is Stenraer, the capitol of Ruesland, in Cadari controlled waters? Poor Ruesland, can't control their own capitol region Makes me wonder just how powerful of a Naval Fort Tregaron must be- they do stand in the way of Stenraer and the cities of East Acadas, so that could be why... Mayhaps Admiral Roderick needs to pay them a visit... Which reminds me...

Wondered about that when I saw it. The capitol has almost no protection to the south. The main land protects them from sea invasion from the east.

I always thought that Ruesgard- the next huge Ruesland city on the coast would be better at 'garding' if it was where Stenraer is... How is it supposed to be of any use if it's almost 3 weeks sailing away- The Cadari or Federation could easily launch a massive attack (cough IDoR cough) with little resistance from the Ruesland Navy.

I wouldn't even have a story to write if the two cities were switched- this thread (albeit it didn't exist when I started IDoR, just in my head) was the entire reason I started writing...

The waters are always contested, but the primary owner is shown. Certainly, Ruesgard and Stenraer have navies and control the immediately surrounding waters. And then there is the land control in the area.
