You run Android OS, and on July 17 you had a Crash.
You are running v3.9.1
You Pressed "Report"
You entered this message:
"Absolutely no access to the game since the last update."
The error your reported is this:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.corytrese.games.startraders.MainMenuElite in loader dalvik.system.PathClassLoader[/data/app/com.corytrese.games.startraderselite-1.apk]
You should reboot your phone, and possibly check your SD card. Later in the stack trace there is some evidence of a file system error. I am not saying your phone is broken, but the error messages seem ominous.
I hope that a reboot will fix it.
