If I invaded and purged a xeno colony (a red giant) that read 20 population and 6 quality. After I am done, the system reading maybe something like Mineral 5-30 and Quality 2-20. Knowing the xeno had it at 6 quality, there will be no way it will be higher than 6 from start. If I purged few colonies before my Colony Ships get there, there is no way I can remember what values the xenos have them at. If I send a colony ship to a low quality system, it will probably go Independent and end up wasting my colony ship.
Keep the Mineral quality at random or at least show it as random with a range. Can we just show the Quality as whatever the xenos had it?
