No cannons/long guns available after upgrading ship

After you've installed an upgrade adding more cannons or long guns, they should be immediately available for purchase purchase in the Docks. Instead you have to exit end re-enter Docks to purchase them.

Preconditions:
You are in the "Upgrade Craft" screen in the Docks. An upgrade adding more cannons or long guns is available.

Steps:
1. Purchase an upgrade adding more cannons / long guns.
2. Press back.
3. Press back.
4. Enter Docks.

Expected:
1. Upgrade is installed.
2. Docks screen appears with long guns or cannons available for purchase.
3. Port screen appears.
4. Docks screen appears with long guns or cannons available for purchase.

Actual:
1. OK
2. NOK. Docks screen appears, but no long guns / cannons are available.
3. OK
4. OK. Now long guns / cannons are available.

This issue is always reproducible.
