Duplicated ships on the 'Commision Plan' list

Sometimes, when reviewing list of new ships available in the Docks, the same ship appears on the list two times or more. For example, there are two Sleek Fluyts on this list:



This issue is rarely reproducible. I guess the ships are chosen randomly so there is a slight chance the same ship will be drawn two times or more. It may take some time to reproduce this issue, so I suggest starting with code analysis

That's happened since release. It also happens in Star Traders which may have a similar format.(?)

I can't speak for the code but I tend to see double ships drawn a lot.

I created #AOP-2630 to take a look at this one. We will see if we can fix it in both implementations.

Sorry -- cannot fix this at this point.

However, I can keep adding ships.

Code analysis shows that in ST it happens very rarely with 700 ships.

AoP just needs more ships.

Yeah on this one I had to put "nofix" which is just an unfortunate reality of budget and shared code.
