When repairing ship in the Docks, needed and available parts quantities are described as "Need/Avail":

However, these strings are missing for the Hull Patch - only quantities are displayed:

Age of Pirates FREE 1.1.37
Samsung Galaxy Note (GT-N7000) with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean

EDIT: the same thing for Sails Patches.
