I've noticed, sometimes, my gun's ammo going sub-zero, but in my last fight it was just ridiculous. I shot the BS guards until I went to -14! I was playing Nomad as a Gunslinger, on MnB, using double AutoMag Cobras, on a Kindle Fire with Amazon version 2.3.17.

dragolord, could it be that you are mistaking the Health of the Enemy for your Bullets? ... Let's hope Cory and Andrew can fix this before someone gets to shout "It's over 9000!!"...

Nah, it's Joshua who's the rookie, not me. The little whatsit which goes down every time I fire on the top left is most definitely not their health. It might as well be a Gunslinger's, though. Large clips are good!

This has happened to me too at times, it usually happens more with firearms that have multiple shots and seems to happen when you get a bonus hit. I just reload and don't worry about it. It's kinda funny though

Interesting - do you think this is tied to Double Shot, or just weapons that have high speed?

Both, I think. I was Aiming and alternating DS and… S, and Cobras have 4 speed already, so five shots a round, most of them DS… that's a lot.

I've actually seen it happen since way before double shot was introduced. It never appeared to be what I thought of as a problem. Weird, yes. Does it happen often to me, no. Is there a particular gun it happens with, not that I know of. I have never tried to actually reproduce this bug. Almost all the time you run out of ammo, you stop shooting even if you had more attacks possible. Every now and then though you get to keep shooting and the ammo count goes negative. A strange game, the only way to win is not to play

Especially if you're fighting someone who's got unlimited ammo.

I wonder if it is a "tapping fast" bug?

I wonder if it is a "tapping fast" bug? I would say that does seem to be the case. Sometimes I get a little too trigger happy and my finger moves faster than Tim Allen's in the movie zoom

Ntsheep - I guess you could call it *sunglasses* bullet time.

Thanks for all the details. I have fixed the case that was re-Enabling the Dual Shot button even if there wasn't enough ammo.
