Minor usability improvements in the Docks

In the Docks, there's a "Commision Plan" button. If you click it, text will change to "Review Plans". Next click displays list of the ships. Why I have to click this button twice? What's the purpose of changing description from "Commision Plan" to "Review Plans"? In my opinion, one click is enough to display list of the ships.

Pressing "back" on ship details brings you back to the Docks. It's really annoying, because sometimes when I want to review plans of different ships, I have to click "Review Plans" and scroll down the list many times. I think pressing "back" should display list of the ships, because it was displayed before I chosed a specified ship.
