I noticed a couple of small things:
- When processing the encounters on the way to an already established point, I noticed the ship sails onward for just another square and then stops, requiring you to click again for it to keep going (whereas the old way just informed you while sailing that you lost some sails or something, and permitted you to sail on)... I vote that the "stop" element be eliminated because you're already stopped in a way to process the encounter. It'll keep the game moving.
- When the ship is sailing in the open water in this new updated version, the appearance on the Samsung GS3 is now jittery. It's not a huge deal, the ship just appears to hitch every second or so.
- (This one will require more substantiation, but I've been filling my phone up with screencaps to catch it and prove it)... There's been more than one occasion where, following a some-what harmless sea battle where not much was damaged, I discovered at port that all of a sudden 10 cannons and 9 keel points were gone.... Stuff like that without any real damage receipt to go on. It's been strange... probably happened 3 times now out of 3 dozen encounters... hmm...
- I have no idea about the veracity of this, nor if there's some sort of 'new math' involved. But, I feel like I've been earning money a little too quickly. Like, something is just giving me money without earning it. I didn't want to be all accountant-y about stuff... and because it's gaining and not losing I didn't think it was a huge problem ... But if someone else was secretly thinking the same thing, well, there's that.
