Basically what the title ssh says. I have researched the tech for Steel Fortress 3 but have discovered that I can't upgrade to it from a Steel Fortress 2 facility. I can build one from scratch or upgrade an SF1. Is this a bug or did I miss something? I can provide info on the build if needed (running on a kindle fire hd).
