Anyone that gives you shit about liking or not liking a certain anime is an arrogant ass and not a true anime fan Zer0Winds . We welcome all types here. Everyone has their favorite. That's what this thread is about. I've watched and enjoyed some ones I never may have given a chance if not for the platypus recommending them. Members that didn't understand certain things have found answers and advice here. There's also about 30 pages worth of cool amv's because some idiot started a war --TARGET ACQUIRED--LOCKING ON--CONFIRMING FIRING SOLUTION--LAUNCHING An amv from my new favorite of this season. A very relate-able Josei Recovery of an MMO Junkie (crunchyroll link)

Apologies great CdrPlatypus for our late reply. Been busy with work and welding finals. First, nice amv. Good shot old man. However you did mention the "J" word so number three has to respond with this, There can be only one he says. He's currently working on a crossover between that show and Highlander. Needless to say the rest of the flock is quite confused. Now a more suitable return fire for you, Super effective gundampuss armor piercing ammo EMP ammo Do you give up, or are you thirsty for more?

Good shots sir CdrPlatypus. Now for some propaganda attacks. I recently learned from someone from another anime site I roam that one of their favorite things to do each year is watch Toradora. They start on December 7th, one episode a day. This means that on Christmas, they see the Christmas episode on that day. Why do I share such information with you you ask? Simple. Can you limit yourself to just one dose of Taiga awesomeness a day? Can you? Will the doll and wall poster be enough to get you through? Good luck!

Yeah CdrPlatypus it's pretty neat how she comes around in terms of her character. Even Ryuji realises just how much she's becoming a normal part of his life. It's a fun show.

Let me leave a good question here.
How right or how wrong was Light ?

That's a good question sparda4 and one of the great things about the story. He did have a good moral compass. A compass though can be easily thrown off. That's what we see happen as the story progresses. First he doesn't even believe it would work. Curiosity gets to him though and what situation does he try it own, a group of robbers if I remember correctly. The next time he uses it, again it's on a criminal holding people hostage. He now is fully aware of the power he has through the book and his goal is from a certain point of view a noble one. To rid the world of crime. As the old saying goes though, power corrupts and Light's moral compass is the first victim. He begins to think that his power is absolute. It isn't. He forgets that there are Death Gods. What if one of them decided to take his life. He only kills criminals and those that he knows are standing in his way. What if someone else had also figured out that Light was Kira and just killed him. The other governments of the world at least knew Light\Kira was in Japan. They could have just nuked it using the excuse that it's better to lose one world nation than all of them. The story becomes not just about Light and his morals, but the rest of the world's as well. Crime DOES all but disappear and it's due to the same ideals we already have about it in real life. People obeys the laws for one of two reasons, 1: The law has existed for so long, it's part of society. No one questions it. 2: They are afraid of being punished. Number 2 becomes the reason the world accepts Kira's rule. Criminals know that they will die. The rest of the world sees that "evil" has been defeated and since only "good" can defeat evil, Kira must be a force of good and correct in his way of defeating it. There is no right or wrong in the end. It wasn't just Light himself, but the whole world in the end that chose to live that way. Now here's a WTF idea to cook your brain, what if the whole story was in fact written by Ryuk in his Death Note. The books do have the power to shape and change reality to an extent. Ryuk mentions that he's is extremely bored. What if he wrote the whole thing down as a way to pass the time?

No I don't think I have sparda4. Here's a fun quote you may know, "To defend, this is the pact. But when life loses its value and is taken for naught, then the pact, is to avenge."

Not enough VOCALOID around here.
Here's a rare English one for you.
Here you go, back to Japanese.
And here's one that's not dark. Probably. Or overly sexual?
