A big thanks to Cory Trese for helping fix the bug that had us stuck on Amazon for CK Elite! Hopefully this is the last round of enhancements required for the job offer page, and then we can move on to queues of jobs and territory south of the NBZ!

- Further compressed job offer UI (thanks for all the feedback!)
- In job offer, neogiation button disappears after negotiating
- Improved small screen support for job offer
- Added accessibility to HUD, New Game Screens, dialog screens
- Fixed bug with music continuing to play after hibernating device
- Fixed reported crashes
