Checked all the existing encounters for this - no sign of this bug in the current release.
If you can provide more info (which Encounter) I could fix. I cannot reproduce and have closed the issue.

I haven't seen this bug for a long time so maybe it's been fixed some time ago.

grzechol - in the final testing of the release, I came across a case that could produce this results, if all the variables lined up. So, I fixed it there. Let me know if it appears again!
