I'm not sure if it's a bug, but at the Stone Coast [3,2], there are two islands with the same name:  AoP 1.2.3 Elite (GPlay) Samsung Galaxy Note (GT-N7000) with Android 4.1.2 |

New games, and all players, will find the duplicate removed in future updates

If you already visited both islands, then they are already in your saved game file and you will continue to see them both with the same name. Future games, Captains and players will, upon first visit, get the new names in their saved games. |
