Would it be possible to get an in battle turn counter and a E for all in battle turns, so we could run a competition specifically to beat the content in the least amount of battle turns possible?

Score is pretty good for competitions and we'd love for everyone to use that.
We will probably add a display for turns someday, but it would be for all turns, not just battle, since we don't store them separately in the saved game.
