List full talent tree of characters when clicking more or add a talent button so you can examine all the talents of each character before selecting your team.

Common complaint in reviews and feedback is that displaying all the talents in the game takes away the "mystery" of leveling up.
Hear very often that locked-level talents should be invisible.
We haven't done it for HoS because it's sorta like a "cat back into the bag" thing, but it is feedback I hear a lot.

After first play of a particular char, you should be able to see the abilities? Or is it too late by then? I see both sides of the argument here. I too like the mystery of seeing things as they get unlocked, but then do you think some of the spells should be hidden even during the game until you've unlocked the ability to use it? Actually - would it be ... wait, getting off topic. I'll fire through a wish for HS now that you've triggered an idea I also had to really resist putting up a cat in a bag pic ....

The cat in a bag line ... I was trying to push you to greatness.
I can also see the argument that since you can already see all talents in the first five minutes of the game, that they should be available during character creation.
If you're going to do it wrongly, do it as wrongly as possible! =)
This may also help attract players to the premium playable characters, by showing off how awesome they are.

This may also help attract players to the premium playable characters, by showing off how awesome they are. I think this is a really good marketing point. Only thing better is to get them to come to the forums to join the madness and be pushed into buying every game and IAP and patroning

This one is on the roadmap, thanks! Especially around the alternate characters, it is important to be able to show the list of talents early in the game.

Games expect you to access internet forums for FAQs etc rather than in game information. Part of is the internet nature of gaming, part of is simply ease of outreach. But what ends up happening is in the attempt to find out a basic detail that would time have been covered in an instruction book or in game tutorial, one ends up stumbling across a plot spoiler or some in-game awesome secret. For HoS, it's difficult to pretend one does't stumble across out-of-game knowledge when making in-game decisions such as talent selection, etc which alters the gaming experience as well as reduces some of that excitement when a level up gives an awesome increase.

Not taking a side so much as noting the nature of the current gaming landscape. Because internet access is so common (but not truly universal), it makes sense from an outreach etc point of view for developers to use forums such as this one in lieu of previous methods of game tutoring, such as instruction booklets or in-game dialogue or training levels which could control how much out-of-game knowledge a player has at the start of the game. It also avoids having to re-write said training dialogue with ever update. But, the use of forums risk stumbling across spoilers or other out-of-game knowledge that could erode some of the magic of discovering new parts of the game, be it hidden areas, new talents etc.
I guess I feel for those that feel there's too much out-of-game knowledge. I also feel for those that get frustrated by making a in-game decisions they later regret when more information is revealed.
