I had two commissions: one in Mogrovejo, and one in the Deep Sea near Mogrovejo. I sailed there, and:
"we will need to sail to Mogrovejo [...] The destination is 77 Leagues as the Raven flies"
"we will need to sail to (56, 53) East Acadas [...] The destination is 0 Leagues as the Raven flies"
It seems distance is calculated only for Deep Sea commisions, but not for towns.
