It would be nice to display rumors only in your current location (sector). Perhaps some kind of switch in rumors screen "show all / show in current location".

Or a basic filter-by-distance... I might not want to see rumors in 6,5 if I'm in 2,2 but could be interested in those within my 9 square region, or those in a 3 square area. Cool idea
