Apologies if this has already been dealt with.. Is there a way at the beginning of a turn for the game to automatically scroll to your next ship after you've given instructions to one? It seems tedious to have to keep pressing the next ship button? Also if you select a destination further than one turn away is there a way for the ship just to continue its journey on the next turn without the need to press a button each turn? Am I missing something in settings?
Loving the game
Thanks

eldraneAs another player. I find using the buttons at the bottom the best. You can see your whole fleet at once or all of your planets. I can see your sense of efficiency. But i rarely mess with the ships through turns except when the invasion or war occurs. The one exception is the explorer. Hope this helps. Crimson

eldrane - if you give a "more than 1 turn" move order and leave a waypoint, when you tap End Turn any ships with a standing waypoint will complete the move at that time.

Ships with waypoints set will move automatically when you end your turn, but they won't move at all if another ship has moved on top of their waypoint or they may take a ridiculous detour if something is in their path. So it's usually better to use the Move All button (to the left of the RP window) before ending your turn so you can resolve any problems. And it's better to move large groups of ships manually one at a time so they don't get in each other's way.

I have also found that the 'move all' button (I've always referred to that as the 'center' button, as after the ships move, the game centers on whatever ship is selected) is a must. I have more than once hit 'end turn' either by accident, or even worse without realizing that a colony ship had arrived, or has been sitting in orbit of, a new planet waiting for instructions. Oh, the weeks and months those spacers sat in their little ship, staring at the planet below with mouths awater . . .

eldrane, in addition to everything that has been posted, if you go into the "fleet" screen you can also sort ships by amount of AP/MP left. I like to use this when I'm in the middle of a particularly complicated turn to make sure that I've moved all my ships/used all my actions without having to cycle through every ship on the screen.

Great advice. If you're playing on PC or Mac, you can press Space to cycle through Ships with AP or MP left.
