Just posted a super high-res version of the almost finished Crew Boss officer to the Art Stream. It's about 10X the size you'll ever see in the game and really amazingly detailed. I'm focusing on taking more pieces "as far as I can take them" with my skill to force myself to level up faster. This is one, and I'm really proud of how he turned out. Don't cross him!
