Star Traders 4X has been updated with tons of new content for Elite and Free players. The game is getting trolled on Google Play, spammed with low ratings by someone with many accounts. Please, please, please help me out with some reviews. Anyone can install Free and leave a review.If you own Elite, we need your help with a 5 star. Help me keep going and updating this game. I would review on Amazon, but I'd rather not have my account holder's name hanging out there for all to see (shared accounts for a family always hijacking each other's books)...

I dropped a 5 star as soon as the game came out Cory. I am also currently rain dancing as much as I can right now. Death to wait times!

Updated reviews improve helpfulness score and drive down jealous troll reviews. Google now defaults to newest first, so if there is anyone who doesn't like us -- all they have to do is update their review every day and it's the first (and often, only) thing people see.
Just going in and changing a single word counts as a new review.
If you are bored, you can always go in and flag negative reviews as Unhelpful and positive reviews as Awesomesauce. =)

Google now defaults to newest first, so if there is anyone who doesn't like us -- all they have to do is update their review every day and it's the first (and often, only) thing people see. Is there a way to petition google to remove bogus / spam reviews ? Yes, we're working with Google but they primarily think our best bet is to get more positive reviews. They're block the most aggressive trolls, but tend to error on the side of caution, which makes sense. I can see unscrupulous devs exploiting any review moderation service, so I understand their position. |
