Same here. V2.8.3, Android 2.3.5 on my venerable Moto Atrix. Surveillance job from the Boston Morgue bondsman. No job prompt at either door. C'mon, I got 13000 clams riding on this one! My hunds will go hungry! And worse, sober!

DISREGARD THE FIRST PART COMPLETELY-- I just saw I have 2(!) male IIIs named Jules Winnfield. The Hunder is right where he was with jobs unchanged.
To avoid confusion in the future, I've rrnamed the Face Jules to Oh Man I Shot Marvin In The.
The second part still stands though.
Well I guess that's one way to solve it; I updated to 2.8.5 and all of a sudden Jules went from standing in front of Frontline to standing in front of Mars Corp Importers with zero jobs. Oh well.
However! I noticed my FemIII AgentEX had taken a job from the J Bar connector to escort to Frontline Medi-Secure, and that job did NOT disappear when I updated, so I hoofed it over there to check it out. Still no job prompt. Not a surprise since 2.8.5 wasn't supposed to fix this (?), just reporting the occurrance.

Just to let you know, this is still happening in v2.9.9. If you have an old job to there, it will never be fixed (moved to some other place or made disappear) in an upgrade. You will just have to cancel that one and eat the rep loss (or let it fail due to time out, who knows you could get lucky and have somebody meet you in the street saying they want the job done on an excellerated time schedule. Pull the plug for minimal rep loss.) Or are you saying that the J Bar is still _handing out_ new missions to Frontline Medi-Secure? |

Np, but all updates really enact "future fixes" ... we have never written a patch that fixes current game state.
