I had the same thing. Cava Saint gave me a job to deliver a package. I got a taxi to the zone, since they didn't have the exact address. Then I used the map to walk to the destination, and tried to do the job.

Because of the age of the game and it's code, the TB's are no longer updating their older titles unless it's a major game breaking one. This bug was fixed several times it was thought and yet it still seems to pop up. The only choice most players have is to cancel the job and make sure to pay attention to not take any jobs that go there. If you have a backroom pass, then you can usually get in. They are hard to get early game because you need high Rep with Aztec and to be able to find the person that sells them in the backroom of VIP lounges.
