Burning Blades LV 7 to LV 8

Burning Blades from Level 7 to Level 8 is only a +2 in fire damage. All other upgrades for Burning Blades are +3 or +4 in fire damage along with an increase in Critical Hit every two levels.

Seems off that only one upgrade has a mere +2 improvement. Didn't noticed it until I upgraded Burning Blades on current play through.

Vincent's thundering blades has the exact same progression, so whatever fix went in to Burning Blades should probably go there too.
