no issue on mac
but I also cannot enter a kickstart code on mac.
nevermind. was my mac keeping something else in clipboard

1. Start Game with all defaults 2. Travel to planet with Contact 3. Accept Mission 4. Hit BACK button to return to landing zone main screen. Screen is black (no zone art) with buttons and log showing. pics below. took mission from this guy hit back button to get this can use back button again to get to orbit, or any other button to go elsewhere, but the main zone doesn't have art.

In the meantime, you can always retrain the crew that has(have) these talents during stretches of the game where you want to do something different.

Skills can be increased through jobs, so they have some avenue to be improved, but Attributes are fixed for the game. Also many skill tests, tests pools of the ship, so it doesn't give me that big of an advantage if my cap has +4 something. Whereas it's his attributes alone that get tested. +1 yah, me too. With a merchant captain I typically go with: 14 Strength 24 Quickness 25 Fortitude 23 Charisma (+2 through Charmer) 25 Wisdom 25 Resilience has been working well for me for Captain Tests on any difficulty level on the game.

The End Turn button in ship combat could use a click, sfx, or some kind of audio feedback. The delay in tapping and battle start frequently causes some repeat button mashing...

might be good to put barks when taking health/morale hits (cause related)

Don't use Morale as a combat strategy, but appreciate the logic of different rules for different levels of Morale (mentioned by fallen). And understand that lower morale should mean easier to be killed, less effective to kill enemies. I'm not sure that getting morale to zero would drive someone from a fight, more that they would be in shock and be a sitting duck. Unless you would have a talent called 'Cease Fire' or something like that where the enemy is afforded to leave the fight without harm if they are in morale break, and then dice roll to determine. The only benefit of that (in my mind) is that you really DON'T want to kill the enemy, just win the battle. Personally, I don't mind sitting ducks, I'll happily open fire. Just some thoughts.

contributor Would be a cool discussion to have on the Star Traders fiction thread. Debate on children, ages, impact. ex. if spacers live hundreds of years, wouldn't the babies age at an incredibly slow pace? You'd be feeding them strained carrots for a 100 years! :-)
